The Medical Journal reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Your continued use of our platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Updates will be communicated through email notifications and website announcements.

Users must meet eligibility requirements and provide accurate, complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice or justification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

Authors are responsible for ensuring originality, data accuracy, and ethics compliance of all submitted materials.

The submission process maintains editorial independence with average review timelines provided as estimates only.

No legal claims can be made regarding processing or publication delays.

Premium services include assistance with uploading, formatting, and editorial liaison support.

Fees and timelines are clearly specified, with no guarantee of manuscript acceptance.

All files are handled confidentially within our internal systems. Payments are non-refundable except at publisher's sole discretion.

Authors retain attribution rights but grant The Medical Journal and Endromeda Consulting FZE perpetual rights to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute all submitted materials.

Withdrawal, deletion, or retraction requests are not accepted except in rare cases, subject to approval and administrative fees.

Publisher maintains full control over presentation, indexing, and advertisement use of materials.

Our double-blind peer review process ensures reviewer confidentiality and maintains ethical standards.

All editorial decisions are final and non-negotiable.

Reviewers operate under strict confidentiality agreements and ethical guidelines.

Content must be original, accurate, and ethically sound. All submissions must comply with applicable research ethics and publication standards.

Prohibited content includes fraudulent data, duplicate submissions, and unethical research practices.

Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest and ensure proper ethical approval for all research involving human or animal subjects.

Article Processing Charges (APCs) are due upon acceptance for publication. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other secure payment options.

Refund policies are strictly governed by our terms and may not be available for certain services or after publication.

Authors retain copyright of their work while granting The Medical Journal publication rights under Creative Commons licensing terms.

The Medical Journal retains all rights to platform technology, design, and proprietary systems including our annotation and review tools.

Authors grant The Medical Journal perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide rights to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute their work in connection with the journal's operations.

The Medical Journal provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Neither the Medical Journal nor Endromeda Consulting FZE shall be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our platform or services.

The Medical Journal reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that have already been fulfilled or become due prior to termination.

Upon termination, all content submitted to the platform will remain the property of the author, but the Medical Journal may continue to use the content for editorial, promotional, or archival purposes.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The Medical Journal.

Any modifications to these terms require written consent from both parties.

By using our platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Arab Emirates.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
